STARTING BUSINESS

ABSTRACT

So this my first post about something that related to something that can make chance to start business. So I think that my mother love to cooking, and it’s really good, so I think first about business is culinary. So I thinking to starting create cafe, because people in this days more likely go to cafe than other culinary business places, because cafee perfectly place for hangout, gathering etc and young blood really interested with cafe in Indonesia. So cafe I think will automatically popular in this country, especially the place are unique and the food is good.

CONTENTS

So this is some recipes from my mother that I think really good if some cafe have it :


PIZZA

Ingredients

This mixture produce 2 pizza
Pizza dough :
  • 500 grams  all-purpose flour
  • ½  teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon dry yeast
  • 300 ml  warm water 
  • 2  tablespoon olive oil
Sauce/Concase :
  • 1 piece of garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2  tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ kg of tomatoes, shredded
  • 50 grams of tomato paste ( about ½ packs of tomato sauce bolognaise la fonte ) 
  • ½  teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
Topping (optional) :
  • 100 grams of chicken , chopped.
  • 100 grams of bacon, cut into chunks or 6-8 pieces of sausage, sliced.
  • 100 grams of mushrooms, sliced.
  • 1/2 onion , sliced ​​thin round.
  • 1/2 green peppers , cut into chunks. 
  • 1/2 red peppers , cut into chunks.
  • teaspoons oregano.
  • 200 grams  mozzarella cheese.
  • tablespoons olive oil.
Directions
Step 1
  • For the dough: Combine all-purpose flour ,yeast and salt in a bowl, enter the warm water and olive oil. 
  • Mix to form a dough. 
  • Turn into a lightly floured surface, knead for 10 minutes or until elastic. 
  • Place in a lightly greased bowl. 
  • Cover with plastic wrap. Stand in a warm place for 30 minutes or until dough doubles in size.
  • Milled and enter the pizza pan that has been spread with olive oil.
  • Dough ready closed sauce and toppings.

Step 2
For the sauce/concase:
  • Heat the olive oil, saute onion and garlic until softened, about 5 minutes.
  • Enter the grated tomatoes and tomato paste cook until thick ,stirring until bubbling.
  • Add salt ,sugar ,oregano and basil . Stir briefly and then remove and let cool.
 
Step 3
  • Heat the olive oil and saute the chopped chicken until it changes color , remove from heat.
  • Mix the sauce / concase,stir well.
  • Apply the sauce / concase over pizza dough.
  • Sprinkle onions ,green peppers ,red peppers ,bacon/sausage ,mushrooms ,oregano and mozzarella cheese.
Step 4
  • Oven for 20-30 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius
So this is really best of the best food that I taste from my mom cooking, me and my friend really recommended this because the taste is amazingly good.


2.Triple-Chocolate Brownies

Ingredient :

  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, plus more for pan
  • 6 ounces coarsely chopped good-quality semisweet chocolate
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (not Dutch-process)
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • Chocolate chips for topping
note :  if using salted butter , no need to add salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celcius.
  2. Prepared baking pan that has been spread with butter and coated with baking paper; set aside.
  3. Put butter, chocolate and cocoa in a heatproof medium bowl set over a pan of simmering water; stir until butter and chocolate are melted. Let cool slightly.
  4. Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl; set aside.
  5. Put sugar, eggs, and vanilla in the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, and beat on medium speed until pale, about 4 minutes.
  6. Add chocolate mixture; beat until combined. Add flour mixture; beat, scraping down sides of bowl, until well incorporated.
  7. Pour batter into prepared pan; smooth top with a rubber spatula. sprinkle chocolate chips on it.
  8. Bake until a cake tester inserted into brownies (avoid center and edges) comes out with a few crumbs but is not wet, about 35 minutes. Let cool slightly in pan, about 15 minutes.
  9. Lift out brownies; let cool completely on a wire rack before cutting into squares.

Cook's Note

Store brownies in an airtight container at room temperature up to 3 days.

3.WAFFLE & PANCAKE

WAFFLE

Ingredients:


  • 120 grams of wheat flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp vanilla powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 ½ tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 egg, separated between the white and the yolk
  • 1 box the white liquid milk (about 240 ml)
  • 50 ml cooking oil

How To Make:

  • Mix the flour, vanilla, salt and baking powder and set aside.
  • Mix the egg yolks, milk and oil, mix well.
  • Beat the egg whites until fluffy half, enter the sugar gradually while continuing to be shaken until stiff.
  • Enter the liquid ingredients to the flour mixture, beat well with a mixer for a while.
  • Enter the beaten egg whites, stirring with a spatula. The dough is ready for baking
  • Heat the waffle mold, pour the batter until it is full, turn and cook until lightly browned cake surface. Lift.
  • Serve with honey, jam, sweetened condensed milk or instant topping. Better if eaten with ice cream

PANCAKE 

Ingredients:

  • 250 grams of wheat flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten off
  • 300 ml of liquid milk white
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted

How To Make:

  • Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and sugar. Add egg, milk and melted butter. Stir use a whisk until well blended. If want a more delicate dough, can be filtered.
  • Heat a non-stick pan over low heat, do not spread with butter. Pour the dough 1 tablespoon vegetable, allow to pancake batter with holes about 2 minutes, turn the dough about 1 minute. Lift.
  • Serve with honey, jam, sweetened condensed milk or instant topping. Better if eaten with ice cream.
